Max Liebermann aus Berlin, Germany gelebt. Ich weiß Max Liebermann nicht so gut, aber ich finde seinen arbeitet faszinierend. Er ist 1847 geboren und er ist in 1935 gestorben. Er hat an der Universität in Berlin studiert. Er hat Philosophie und Gesetz studiert, aber er hat in Weimar, Paris und Niederlande Kunst studiert. Er war einen famos Porträtmaler in Berlin. Er war einen Lithograf, Maler und Radierer. Er hat von Blumen und den See viele Bild gemalt. Er hat den bürgerlichen Menschen auch gemalt. Er war der Führer von 1899 bis 1911 für die Premier Avantgarde Bildung in Deutschland. Der Name für die Bildung war der Berliner Secession. Er war von 1920 der Präsident für die Preußischen Akademie der Künste.

Natasha, I'm glad that someone finally included Bilder on our blog! Also great that you picked two that are regionally related to Michigan and that way linked Berlin to Ann Arbor/Michigan (and Chicago). In Berlin, as you might know, most of the Liebermann's are in the Alte Nationalgalerie… and there you can find paintings of another German impressionist I really appreciate, Adolph Menzel.
